Our services

We coordinate the donation, transportation and documentation of business inventory. Each donation is governed by the quote or service agreement you approve. We may decline any donation at our discretion.

No tax or legal advice

Information on this site, including our tax deduction guide, is general information only and is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Consult your own advisors before relying on it.

Donor responsibilities

Donors confirm they own the goods, that the goods are described accurately and that they are not recalled, counterfeit or unsafe.

Nonprofit recipients

Recipients confirm their 501(c)(3) status and agree to use or distribute donated goods to the people they serve and not to sell them.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site. Our liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.
