About Inventory Donation
inventorydonation.com is operated by Wasteless Group LLC, a waste management company that handles inventory recycling, destruction and sustainable disposal for companies across the US.
Why we built this
Every week we see good, usable product headed for destruction because no one had time to find a charity, book a truck and chase a receipt. Donation is often the better outcome for the company, the community and the planet.
How we are paid
Businesses pay a flat fee per pallet or per truckload. That covers our coordination work, trucking and documentation. Nonprofits never pay to receive donations.
How we work
- Every recipient is a registered 501(c)(3), verified by EIN
- Every recipient signs no resale terms
- Every donation comes with a tax donation receipt from the nonprofit, bill of lading, photos and an itemized list
- Anything that cannot be donated is recycled or destroyed at certified partner facilities, never dumped
