- Businesses pay a flat fee per pallet or per truckload. Nonprofits never pay.
- Tax donation receipt from the 501(c)(3) for your deduction
- Vetted recipients with signed no resale terms
- Anything that cannot be donated is recycled or destroyed with a certificate

How It Works
One point of contact from quote to tax receipt.
Send the details
Product, quantity, pickup ZIP and a few photos. Flat quote per pallet or truckload, usually the same day.
We match a nonprofit
A vetted 501(c)(3) that needs exactly this product and can receive it.
We pick it up
We book the truck from your dock, warehouse, store or 3PL anywhere in the continental US.
You get your tax receipt
Tax donation receipt from the nonprofit, BOL, photos and itemized list.
Data security first
Before any computer, phone or tablet leaves for a nonprofit it is wiped or its drive is destroyed, and you receive a certificate. If your policy requires destruction instead of donation, we handle that too through Wasteless Group certified partner facilities.
New product overstock
Brands and retailers donate new accessories, discontinued models and open box returns. These are some of the easiest items to place with schools and youth programs.
