    Paperwork that protects you

    Before pickup you confirm you have the right to dispose of the inventory, typically under your warehouse lien or client agreement. After delivery you get a bill of lading, photos, an itemized list and the nonprofit acknowledgment.

    Recurring cleanouts

    Many 3PLs schedule quarterly cleanouts. We quote a standing price per pallet. Damaged or expired stock goes to Wasteless Group for recycling or certified destruction.

    Can we donate inventory a client abandoned?

    Often yes, if your contract or warehouse lien rights allow disposal. Check with your counsel, then we handle the rest.

    Do you do recurring pickups?

    Yes, monthly or quarterly with standing pricing.

    What if some of it is expired?

    Expired or damaged product is separated and recycled or destroyed with a certificate.
