Donate Excess Clothing and Apparel Inventory
Overstock, returns, old logos and discontinued lines donated to shelters, job programs and families in need.
From one pallet of tees to a trailer of outerwear, we place your apparel with nonprofits that hand it directly to people, with debranding available when your label needs protecting.
- Businesses pay a flat fee per pallet or per truckload. Nonprofits never pay.
- Tax donation receipt from the 501(c)(3) for your deduction
- Vetted recipients with signed no resale terms
- Anything that cannot be donated is recycled or destroyed with a certificate

How It Works
One point of contact from quote to tax receipt.
Send the details
Product, quantity, pickup ZIP and a few photos. Flat quote per pallet or truckload, usually the same day.
We match a nonprofit
A vetted 501(c)(3) that needs exactly this product and can receive it.
We pick it up
We book the truck from your dock, warehouse, store or 3PL anywhere in the continental US.
You get your tax receipt
Tax donation receipt from the nonprofit, BOL, photos and itemized list.
Why donate apparel instead of destroying it
Brands often destroy unsold clothing to protect pricing. Donation through vetted 501(c)(3) partners with signed no resale terms gives you the same protection, often at a similar or lower cost, plus a charitable deduction and a real story for your sustainability report.
Protecting your brand
We can remove labels and hang tags, cut or cover logos, or place goods only with programs that give clothing directly to individuals. Tell us your requirements and we include them in the quote.
Paperwork
You receive a tax donation receipt from the nonprofit listing styles and quantities, plus the bill of lading and photos. If anything is damaged or unusable, it goes to Wasteless Group textile recycling instead of a landfill.
Questions
Can we donate uniforms with our logo on them?
Yes. We either debrand them first or place them with programs where the logo is not a concern, such as overseas relief or textile programs. You approve the plan before pickup.
Do you take customer returns?
Yes, if they are clean and wearable. Returns that are stained or damaged are recycled instead.
What is the minimum?
One pallet or roughly 30 to 50 boxes of apparel. Smaller lots can be combined with other pickups in your area.
Have apparel that will not sell?
Send the details today for a flat quote, usually the same business day.
