From Your Dock to a Nonprofit in Four Steps
We run the whole donation for you, from finding the right recipient to the final receipt.
Tell us what you have
Send the product type, quantity, pickup location and a few photos. We reply with a flat quote, usually the same business day.
We match a nonprofit
We place the inventory with a vetted 501(c)(3) that can actually use it and has the dock, space and staff to receive it.
We pick it up
We book the truck and schedule pickup at your dock, warehouse or 3PL. Pallets, gaylords or loose cases.
You get your tax receipt
Tax donation receipt from the nonprofit, plus bill of lading, photos and an itemized list for your tax and ESG files.
1. Tell us what you have
Use the quote form or email us a product list. The more detail we have (product type, condition, quantity, packaging, dates for food) the faster we can match it. We quote a flat fee per pallet or per truckload that covers our coordination work, trucking and documentation.
2. We match a nonprofit that can use it
A pallet of baby wipes and a truckload of office chairs need very different recipients. We place each donation with a 501(c)(3) that serves people who need that product and that has the space, dock and staff to receive it. Every recipient signs no resale terms before pickup.
3. We schedule the pickup
We book the carrier and coordinate the appointment with your dock, store, warehouse or 3PL. Product ships palletized and wrapped. If any items need labels removed or debranding first, we plan for it in the quote.
4. You get the documentation
After delivery you receive the nonprofit’s written acknowledgment, bill of lading, photos and an itemized list. That package supports your charitable deduction and your ESG or community impact reporting.
What if some of it cannot be donated?
Damaged, expired, recalled or unsafe items are separated and, with your approval, recycled or destroyed at certified partner facilities with a Certificate of Destruction. That service is handled by our parent company, Wasteless Group.
Common Questions
What do you need from me to quote?
Product type, approximate quantity (pallets, cases or weight), pickup address or ZIP, whether you have a dock, and a few photos. A product list or SKU sheet helps if you have one.
Can I choose the charity?
Yes. If you have a nonprofit partner in mind, tell us and we will coordinate with them. If not, we match the donation with a vetted 501(c)(3) from our network.
What paperwork do I get?
A written acknowledgment from the receiving nonprofit describing the donated goods, the bill of lading, pickup photos and an itemized list. Where the enhanced deduction applies, we also collect the nonprofit’s signed statement of use.
Is there a contract?
For one time donations, an approved quote is all you need. Recurring programs get a simple service agreement with pricing per pickup.
