How It Works
One point of contact from quote to tax receipt.
Send the details
Product, quantity, pickup ZIP and a few photos. Flat quote per pallet or truckload, usually the same day.
We match a nonprofit
A vetted 501(c)(3) that needs exactly this product and can receive it.
We pick it up
We book the truck from your dock, warehouse, store or 3PL anywhere in the continental US.
You get your tax receipt
Tax donation receipt from the nonprofit, BOL, photos and itemized list.
Expired PPE
Some PPE carries a shelf life. Gloves and masks past date may still be accepted by certain relief programs for non clinical use, and we disclose dates upfront. Anything no one can use is recycled or destroyed through Wasteless Group.
Questions
Do you take expired masks or gloves?
Sometimes, for non clinical use, depending on the recipient. Tell us the dates and quantities.
Can you donate prescription items?
Prescription drugs are not donated through us. They can only go through state drug repository programs.
Do you take large volumes?
Yes. Full truckloads of PPE are common and we can split them across several recipients.
