Donate Hand Sanitizer and Cleaning Supplies
Surplus hand sanitizer, disinfectants, cleaners and janitorial supplies placed with shelters, schools and food banks.
Overproduced sanitizer, packaging changes or slow moving cleaners still have real value to organizations that clean every day on tight budgets.
- Businesses pay a flat fee per pallet or per truckload. Nonprofits never pay.
- Tax donation receipt from the 501(c)(3) for your deduction
- Vetted recipients with signed no resale terms
- Anything that cannot be donated is recycled or destroyed with a certificate

Hand sanitizer donation
Hand sanitizer is regulated by the FDA as an over the counter product. In date, properly labeled sanitizer from a compliant manufacturer can be donated. Product that is recalled, contaminated or past its expiration date is handled through certified hand sanitizer disposal instead.
Shipping rules
Alcohol based sanitizer and many cleaners are regulated for transport. We book carriers that can move them correctly and prepare the paperwork.
Questions
Can expired hand sanitizer be donated?
No. Hand sanitizer is an FDA regulated OTC product, so expired or recalled sanitizer goes to certified disposal instead.
Do you take bulk drums and totes?
Yes, if a recipient can use bulk product. Otherwise bulk sanitizer goes to fuel blending or recycling.
Is there a minimum?
One pallet. Mixed pallets of cleaning products are fine.
